Cheryl Regal, LCMHC Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Cheryl Regal is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who joined the Green House Group in 2010. She received her Master's Degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2006. Cheryl assists children, adolescents, and families seeking help with adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, family conflict, parenting, and trauma. She also works with adolescents and individuals struggling with identity and attachment issues. She does both individual and family therapy.
Cheryl's approach to mental health treatment is supportive and strength-based. She uses techniques that include play therapy, sand tray, and cognitive-behavioral interventions. Cheryl also uses an adaptation of the Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients in trying to manage and overcome various traumatic events.
Cheryl has previously worked in community mental health, and has experience with individuals and families within the school setting and those going through the foster care system. Chery Regal can be reached at 603-668-3050 Ext *23.
